For the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in the world of pre-sales engineering—also known as solutions engineering, sales consulting, or solutions architecture (we go by many names!). Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with brilliant teams and amazing customers across a variety of industries. I’ve always been passionate about customer-centric solutions, creative problem-solving, and the collaborative process that sits at the heart of great pre-sales work. These themes will be front and center in this blog, alongside a healthy dose of practical advice and reflections from the field.
